Makes Me High

got something to tell before I forget to write it here...
last Thursday and Friday, there's an event in my memorable senior high school, 71.
it's called Campus Expo.

well it's an event from the previous year's graduates to the junior on 12th grade.
what we're doing here is give them information about university, states or private university.
so, maybe it's like we presented them some presentations that explain anything about university.

personally, I think this event didn't have too much benefit for the junior. for me, this event is just an event to show off our alma mater jacket hehe.

shortly, this event held for 2 days. I met many of my long-time-no-see friends! woooa me miss you all :)

having a chit-chat, remembering our old story and laughing on it, saying hello to the teacher, eating our favorite dish at canteen. it wasn't enough to cure my yearning with high school! :')

2 days in a row, after the Campus Expo, me and my close friend continued our chat in Sushi-Ya and Pizza Hut, as seen above.


I think the coolest phase in my life is when I was in senior high school.
I miss the uniform (sweaty white shirt and gray long skirt-->the coolest uniform ever!)
I miss the f*cking rules
I miss the naughtiness
even I miss the teacher, the homework, the ceremony aargh EVERYTHING about high school is uber cool!

but what I miss the most is all my beloved friends :'')
hope that we can keep in touch and always remember each other....
see you guys in a brighter future :'')

What's left in 2010

whoaa! I just realized that today's gonna be the last day of 2010!
wow... time flies so fast, it feels like I was born just yesterday! lol ;p

2010 has been a good and also a bad year.but many things I achieved in 2010 and alhamdulillah, it's so wonderful :")
I may not share everything that happened in this year, but just the memorable one.


the kaleidoscope of 2010 in my version...

1) Got accepted in Universitas Indonesia, majoring Communication Science, without test.

Alhamdulillah, this is the most amazing moment in my life so far.
at the time, I felt like it's the peak of all my efforts in 3 years studying at high school.
I shouldn't took a test to get there because I was accepted from PPKB program, accepted based on score on report card. it's like a dream comes true. I was so thankful because at the time many of my friends were busy preparing for the test at courses and many of them should face the bad result.

2) Graduated from high school with good result

alhamdulillah, finally after 3 years stu-dying I can continued my path to university.
and my happiness was accumulated, knowing that I become the 2nd highest score for national exam in social class in my high school! wooow that's shocking! thank you for all the teachers who had teach me so I can be like this now.

3) Have to say goodbye to my besties in high school :'(

it's so sad that my life as a teenager had gone. What makes me sad more is because I have to be apart with my friends. I really love them all. 3 years together through all the laugh and cry. we've done lot of stupid things. and I really miss you guys, hope that we can make some gathering in this holiday...

wish I can turn back time :'(

4) Meet new friend in communication science UI

every ending is the new beginning, rite? done with high school and now here come new buddies in UI. they are so kind, humorous, sometimes silly, talkative and many moooore! we use #comm10 to call our big family.

hope that this friendship would last forever :)

5) Had a long holiday at Bali

Finally, I could go back there. it's been so long and I really enjoy every minute of it.
such a memorable holiday. thanks mom and dad :*

6) Decided to choose Public Relation as my concentration program

yeah, it's surprising. actually, for this 2 months I prefer advertising than public relation. but in the last two weeks, I still can't made a decision. and then I did the istikharah and okay, Allah led me this way. hope that I can be a successful PR :) AMIIIN!



yeah, maybe it's not all I have in 2010 but you know, a year cannot be described in one page of blog... so this is the memorable memory I have in 2010.

Transformation

hey all my lovely readers :)
this could be my last posts for this week.
I have moved to my kosan this Sunday. I'm so sad to know this :"(
I will miss my Jakarta, I will my mom and dad, I will miss my Kiddo (my lovely cat), I will miss my internet connection, I will miss EVERYTHING about home :''(

next Monday, my college life has started. it begins with a choir rehearsal (sounds like a crap, rite?). well, I think college's life is harder than senior high's. But in the other way, college's life seems to be more colorful since I don't have to wear the white-gray uniform again! I'm glad to know that I will be able to wear anything that I want to wear. welcome shirts, jeans and flats :)

but honestly, I will miss the senior high's uniform...

I always think that the uniform is ugly, but when I look at it now... I feel like 'hey! it's super cool! it's the uniform of teenager's spirit'

What About Sushi?

Last Friday, finally, I went to school.
I took my graduation photos and managed my files, also legalized it for UI's registering.
So I had to wore my white-gray uniform again. ooh how I miss it so bad :'(

well, actually I had no plan with my friends to met up at school.
but magically we arrived at the same time and met each other.
maybe God let us having some fun :)

after managing our files, we went to TIS at Tebet with Murni's car.
arrived there, we entered a resto named Sushi-ya.
I'm a bit panic when I know that we're going to eat sushi!

I tell you, honestly, this is my very first experience eating sushi (yeah call me sucks!)
because at first I think sushi is quite expensive, fishy and unpleasant.
aaand let me tell you one more thing... I can't use chopsticks! lol ;p
yeah that's embarrassing >.<

when I looked at the menu, I have no idea about it at all.
so I just ordered the same menu like my friends have ordered ;p

Sushi is very yummy! I'm addicted to it from now on!
and about the price, in Sushi-ya, the price is very affordable.
the place is cool to hang out and the waiters are totally cute and handsome ;p

Great-duation Day!

Hey all!
I'm sooo excited to tell you about my Graduation Day!

at first, I woke up at 4 am to had breakfast and went to the salon for make up and styling my hair. yeah it was too early but that's okay.
actually, I HATE make up. I don't know why many girls love to apply face powder or eye-shadow and all their stuffs!
I think make up make my face uglier. I just love for being natural.
for hair, I asked the salon staff to make it curly.
errr I'm not satisfied with the salon actually...
but hey! the show must go on!

the Graduation held at Gedung Pewayangan Taman Mini, East Jakarta. it started at 8 am.
when I arrived, I saw all girls were wearing kebaya and all boys were wearing formal suit.
woooow! they all looks so beautiful and handsome.
when I just walk in, my civics teacher called me and told me to came to her when the headmaster read his speech.
well, I just nodded my head with a bit of curiosity.

During the event, there's so many performances from the 11th and 10th grade. They did some traditional dances, choir, poetry reading and acoustic.

Then, the headmaster started his speech, I got up from my chair and looked for Bu Anjar, my civics teacher, just like what she had told me to do. In fact, there are 6 students that called by her.
She smiled at us and told us that our score had been chosen as the biggest three from our major! (me from social class)
wooooow! that's shocking me! and it made me speechless for a while...

The vice principal announced the biggest three at the stage, and this is where I had to walk down the red carpet (haha sounds like Oscar!) with my other 5 friends. I'm very proud at the time but very nervous too. Every eyes were staring at us...

I'm the 2nd, and Kai is the 3rd.






The parents were asked to accompany us.
We received a placard and certificate.
Alhamdulillah!

I was so happy, so do my mom and dad.
They looked surprised, even my mom almost cried :')

The Graduation ended with medals giving and taking photos with classmates.
